What are the dates of the conference?
Insights 2010 Miami will include 3 separate Forums:
- Location Intelligence Forum – May 12-14, 2010 (ends at noon Friday)
- Everything Postal Forum – May 12-14, 2010 (ends at noon Friday)
- CCM Forum – May 12-14, 2010
Partner Briefing – May 10-11, 2010 (for contracted PBBI Resellers only)

Who Should Attend this conference?
Insights 2010 Miami will deliver proven techniques and strategies to improve business processes, streamline operations and maximize the return on your investment. Based on your feedback, we’ve broken the conference down into 3 targeted Forums – Location Intelligence Forum, CCM Forum and Postal Forum.
Location Intelligence (LI) Forum: Users from IT, Research, GIS, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations departments will gain Insight into solutions and strategies to improve your business processes and gain operational efficiencies at the LI Forum. The LI Forum will include sessions on the MapInfo Professional, geocoders, data, predictive analytics and developer products.
Everything Postal Forum: Whether you are the mail specialist, involved in IT to maximize on efficient mail operations or an executive whose responsibility it is to ensure your organization meets compliance and drives cost savings, you will learn about topics that directly impact you and your organization. This year’s ‘Everything Postal’ conference will include tracks, for that focus on new technology, ways to streamline your operations, the very latest updates on many postal topics, hands-on product sessions, networking with peers and much, much more.
CCM Forum: The CCM Forum is for customers using DOC1 & Streamweaver and other similar products.
The Insights 2010 Miami forums will offer sessions for new users and advanced users alike. Get up and running quickly if you’re a new user or learn tips and techniques to fine tune your business if you’re a more experienced user.
Can I bring a guest to the conference? What about my children?
The conference is open to adults over 18 years of age with paid registration. You are welcome to bring your children to the resort, but they will not be able to attend meals or conference functions.

You can purchase a ticket (Guest Fee of $75.00) if you who would like to bring a guest to the Customer Party Wednesday evening. The Guest Fee does not get your guest into any other meals, conference sessions or workshops.

Are there discounts for bringing more than one person from my organization?
Yes. Each additional person that registers from your organization will receive their registration at 50% off.
Are there any other conference discounts available?
Yes!
Early Registration Discounts: Register before March 22, 2010 and save $100.
Additional Attendee Discount: Bring more than one person from your organization and save $100 on each additional person.
Government Discount: State, Local or Federal government employees save $100 off full conference fees.
Partner Discount: Contracted Pitney Bowes Business Insight Resellers receive discounts for attending the Partner Briefing plus the Insights Conference.
