Cancellation Policy

Cancellations PRIOR TO March 31, 2010 will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made from April 1, 2010 to April 25, 2010 will be subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations on April 26, 2010 or later, and all no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee.

Substitutions are accepted at any time by providing Pitney Bowes Business Insights with written notice of the names of the original and substitute registrants.
