What to Expect at Insights 2010

New This Year! We listened to your feedback and changed the format of the conference to help you focus on the sessions you are most interested in. Insights 2010 Miami will consist of three unique forums:

Each forum will focus on topics & products most relevant to customers in those areas (LI, Postal, and CCM). But, you can attend any session in any forum. We’ll also have a few events where everyone gets together.

Each forum will offer breakout sessions presented by experts from our Product Management, Engineering, Training and of course directly from our customers. Hear first-hand how you can be more efficient, effective and productive.

We will offer several sessions in our Hands-on computer labs. Space is limited in these sessions- first come, first served.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Dan Lyons, Achieving Results During Challenging Times

Wednesday, May 12th, 8:30am

A change in mind set is the key to dealing with challenging times. This is the theme and the advice of Dan Lyons, President of Team Concepts in his talk "Achieving results during challenging times". There are always challenges to face in the day to day. These challenges give us the chance to achieve greatness. When circumstances change for the worse, such as the situation all businesses now face worldwide, the winners are those who look at the opportunity to be great rather than the chance to just survive. To do that, leadership has to see and set a clear vision of greatness and develop the skills necessary to disseminate both that vision and the process to the goal to both employees and stakeholders. All stakeholders then become part of the team, rather than unconnected parts. Dan will discuss in detail the steps necessary for such a transformation.

As an oarsman, Dan rowed on seven US National Teams, winning two world bronze medals, a world gold medal, and a Pan American gold medal. In 1988 he competed in the Seoul Olympics in the coxed pair. He has won 11 National Championships in various events. Dan has coached since 1983 at the US Naval Academy, St. Joseph's Prep in Philadelphia, Oxford University, Stanford University, Drexel University, Georgetown University, and is now an elite coach at Penn Athletic Club in Philadelphia. His storied rowing career was recognized in 1997 with his induction into the US Rowing Hall of Fame in Mystic, CT. Dan Lyons is the founder and President of Team Concepts, Inc.

3rd Annual Meridian Awards

Join us on Thursday at lunch as we announce the winners of the 2010 Meridian Awards, We will recognize customers who have created innovative solutions that are changing their organizations.

Escape Zone

Visit the Escape Zone and discuss your application questions with members of our technical team. This will be open every day while the conference is in session. Check at the Registration Desk for hours. Attendees will be able to make appointments at the conference to speak to an expert on a specific topic.

Computers set up with high speed Internet access for you to get online during conference hours.
